SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our maximal sessions are designed to build strength for our members. Focusing on progressive overload and muscular tension in lower rep ranges, these sessions are guaranteed to bust through plateaus and add kilos to your total. Maximal has a upper and lower day in the concurrent system , with each day focusing on a compound movement and ancillaries to that movement/muscle group.
Our Dynamic sessions focus on building speed and power, A cornerstone to building more athletisism and to our concurrent system. These sessions feature weightlifting , plyometrics and other ballistic exercises, Dynamic has an upper and lower session weekly.
General physical preparedness is designed to build a wide base to perform, GPP encompasses many modalities in one session and builds resilience and overall capacity.
